Основной задачей было локализировать проект КМ, разработать документацию КМД изготовить и смонтировать МК складского комплекса. Для этого мы доработали и согласовали проект в соответствии с действующими украинскими нормами. Разработали металлические деталировочные конструкции, а также изготовили, поставили и смонтировали каркас комплекса общим весом 450 тонн.
Проектом руководила французская компания-генподрядчик NG Concept при участии нескольких архитектурных бюро из Чехии. В технической приемке участвовала страховая компании SECO.
В ходе проекта были разработаны конструктивные решения с оптимизированной металлоемкостью. Для этого применили низколегированный сортамент и профильные трубы зарубежного производства. Конструкции поставлялись на объект с финишным лакокрасочным покрытием.

Our task was to design and to produce steel structures for a huge shopping mall. Among our tasks the design of the outer shell of two atriums with the weight of 500 tons. One atrium has a round shape with diameter of 28 m and other atrium has oval shape with 120 meters long and of 24 meters in wide.
We developed detailed drawings. More than 2,800 tons of steel structures manufactured and delivered. Design drawings for other structures of this project have been made.
Architectural solution of Atriums was developed by German company Texlon using innovative Translucent coating film Vector Foiltec. According to this we have worked out several options for designs of steel structures from which the customer has selected the best in performance and value.
The utmost precision in production tolerances has been used for all atriums elements. Pipe sections bending were carried out in several planes to carry out a complete accordance to the project. Extreme short term production time asked buy the customer forced us to do most of test assembly on construction site.
Nevertheless, the structure was buil on site without critical elements to be changed.
