Our customer is «Monsanto» transnational company. We have designed and manufactured the structure for seed factory under Ukrainian market entry of the world leader in plant biotechnology.
The customer's requirements were perfectly clear: no compromises in quality.
There were three phases in the project implementation:
1) evaluation and improvement of the complex of Steel Structures drawings;
2) creation of the Detailed Steel Structures documentation using BIM-technology;
3) the manufacture of Steel Structure of the future factory with assembly units on high-strength mounting metalware.
One of the largest buildings in the complex - the seed sorting tower - consists of 11168 elements and 54163 bolts, the height of the structure is 53 meters, weight is 1605 tons.
Steel structures with a total weight of 2252 tons were manufactured within the framework of this project.
