Основной задачей было локализировать проект КМ, разработать документацию КМД изготовить и смонтировать МК складского комплекса. Для этого мы доработали и согласовали проект в соответствии с действующими украинскими нормами. Разработали металлические деталировочные конструкции, а также изготовили, поставили и смонтировали каркас комплекса общим весом 450 тонн.
Проектом руководила французская компания-генподрядчик NG Concept при участии нескольких архитектурных бюро из Чехии. В технической приемке участвовала страховая компании SECO.
В ходе проекта были разработаны конструктивные решения с оптимизированной металлоемкостью. Для этого применили низколегированный сортамент и профильные трубы зарубежного производства. Конструкции поставлялись на объект с финишным лакокрасочным покрытием.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We had to produce steel structures for two beach football stadiums with stands for spectators at the stadium within this project. One stadium is for 1,200-seats and another mini-football stadium is for 600 seats.
We have developed a conceptual architectural solution. We prepared design drawings documentation taking into account the optimum ratio seats per weigh of the steel used. Detailed drawings produced in accordance to that. With a total weight of 80 tons steel structures has been manufactured, delivered and installed on site.
Both stadiums constructions are mounted on screw piles. Hot dip galvanization has been used for corrosion protection for smaller stadium with a guaranteed lifetime of at least 30 years.
It was a problem with delivery of steel structures on site as it was situated on the river island. The difficulty was that the site could not call in full-size trucks: the only way on the island was through the “Venetian bridge” which is not able to carry full truck load. It was decided to build a temporary pontoon crossing аor the delivery of structures. Therefore, all the installation elements were designed so that they can be moved and mounted without the use of additional mechanisms.
Despite all the difficulty, the project is implemented at a minimum of time. 2 months has passed from the harmonization of architectural solutions to commissioning.
